The Band
Broken Down Boulevard formed in the summer of 2010, playing their first show at a Christian camp. They jumped on stage for the first time in front of 550 audience members. Their song of choice was "Work This Out" and the crowd enthusiastically approved. The band was hooked after that show and decided to continue what they started. Lead guitarist, Austin Buck, wrote new songs for the band to learn in order to soon be able to play a full set. Singer, Raymond Hayse, added his style to the band by writing "We're Going Down" and on December 11th Broken Down Boulevard played their first full show at The Gate in Bakersfield California. Since then the band has played multiple shows, made merchandise, been on 106.1 KRAB radio, released a single on iTunes, created an online store, and much more. Currently, they are working in the studio, recording their 5 track EP which will also be available on iTunes and other online music stores as well as a physical CD. Broken Down Boulevard will also be releasing a music video for "That's How The Story Goes" this summer.
